Detailed Itinerary
Arrive at Shantiniketan in the afternoon. Check in to your hotel and spend the evening exploring the serene Shonajhuri Forest and the famous weekend Khoai Mela (if available), known for vibrant local handicrafts and Baul music. Overnight stay in Shantiniketan.
After breakfast, visit the historic Visva-Bharati University campus to explore its open-air classes and various departments. Follow it with a visit to the Rabindra Bhavan Museum and Tagoreâs Ashram. Post lunch, head to Amar Kutir to shop for authentic local crafts and handloom souvenirs. Overnight stay in Shantiniketan.
Begin your day with a spiritual visit to the revered Kankalitala Shakti Peeth Temple. Afterward, take an excursion to Ballavpur Wildlife Sanctuary. In the evening, enjoy local cultural performances and traditional art exhibits at Srijani Shilpagram. Overnight stay in Shantiniketan.
